My Process

When it comes running a business, there is no one single solution that works for everyone. As a result it's important to ask the right questions to ensure solutions solve the pain points. As a result, unlike other agencies you may have worked with, you won't see me present any pitch decks or large presentations detailing a solution. Rather, I focus on discovery and mapping sessions to learn your business and to make sure no box is left unchecked.

Regardless of the client or project type, my process follows a three-step approach:

Infrastructure Development

Once all lead paths have been mapped out and gaps identified, building out your tech stack to support your desired outcome is key. This includes onboarding tech, building automations and defining processes such as lifecycle stages, lead scoring etc.

Tactical Outreach

With a solid foundation in place, strategic outreach is now able to be setup in a functional way to meet desired outcomes, without data integrity or lead flow issues.
